Thanks Andy,
All the four barriers, you mentioned, put a great resistence for Agile adoption.
I have seen many teams, which have all the symptoms of the four barriers, insisting on adopting the Agile. May be it's management pressure, they want to follow the trend, or they want to put "lemon juice" to make their problems disappear.
The real problem arises, when they sometime, somehow, complete the project and think they are THE Agile team and start preaching, lecturing other teams!!
