You need to state at the end that "No elephant have been hurt while writing this post!" :)

Great post!

Your post has got me wondering: Are there efforts being made to formalize an Agile framework that has more to say about discovery? I'm a big fan of Jeff Patton, whose ideas seem to be growing in popularity, but I'm not aware of a lot of community-wide efforts to integrate his concepts or similar ones into the common Agile toolkit. I'm relatively new to the Agile world, and I'm not sure what might or might not be happening, but I find very few resources geared toward product ownership relative to the space dedicated to Scrum masters, etc.
