No Free Speech in NY

Okay, I don’t plan on many privacy and free-speech rants here, but this really takes the cake. Seems this fellow (lawyer, as it turns out) bought a 70’s style “Give Peace A Chance” T-shirt at a mall in Albany, NY. He put it on. The security guards at the mall demanded he remove his shirt, ostensibly because it is offensive. He refused, and they had the police arrest him and lead him away in handcuffs. If convicted, he faces a year in prison.
